Grace Community SERVE TEAMS
Admin-Team
Our team serves through organizational and administrative skills using filing systems, computers, data entry, and attention to detail.
Audio/Video Team
Our team serves in the worship experience through the use of lights, cameras, and audio and video equipment. We also help with special projects and with the Social media team.
Baptism Team
Our team serves by facilitating the baptism experience including the set-up and take down of the baptistry, T-shirts, towels, taking pictures and any other assistance needed for those being baptized and their families.
Care Team
Our team serves by facilitating acts of love in helpful and practical ways for people in need (sick, shut-in, struggling). We also organize and prepare food for families in our church having a funeral or a difficult time.
Children’s Team
Our team serves by providing a safe, fun, and creative environment for our Children’s worship experience.
Clean Team
Our team serves by keeping our facility clean and presentable for services.
Connections Team
Our team serves by following up on first-time guests and checking in on those who have missed more than one Sunday in a row. We also manage the Connection Cards. We visit, call, or send messages to encourage people and to make a personal connection with them.
Craftsmen Team
Our team serves by building props and projects that help enhance the facilities and worship experience.
Creative Team
Our team serves by collaborating with the Senior Pastor, Worship Pastor, Outreach Team, and Social Media Team to help bring creative ideas that would provide solutions and better outcomes.
Design Team
Our team serves through creative and spatial design for the interior/exterior space of our facility.
First Responders Team
Our team of healthcare professionals serves by providing basic medical care in the event of an accident or medical emergency.
Greeters Team
Our team serves by welcoming people to Grace Community Church at the front door and hands out worship guides at the entrance to the auditorium.
Hosts Team
Our team maintains the coffee bar and welcome table for worship services. Our team may also serve as the hosts of Next Steps classes and Small Groups.
Legacy Team
Our team serves by using our gift of giving to support major projects and facilitate the overall vision of the church through strategic financial offerings.
Maintenance Team
Our team serves by providing general maintenance and upkeep to our facility.
Nursery Team
Our team serves by providing love and care through Bible stories, hands-on activities, and personal touch for infants and toddlers.
Outreach Team
Our team serves by organizing and facilitating our church-wide outreach events in our local community such as; Springhill Elementary Orientation day, Trunk or Treat, Easter Celebration/ Egg Hunt, Christmas Angel Tree, and Summer/Winter Serve Days.
Prayer Team
Our team serves by joining in specific prayers for services, members, pastors, and prayer requests.
Resource Team
Our team serves by providing products and printed materials as needed.
Security Team
Our team serves by providing security and safety for those assembled for worship on Sunday
Sign Team
Our team serves by setting out and taking down signs and flags before and after service.
Small-Group Leaders
Our team serves by facilitating Community Groups (Small Groups) and providing an environment to help people grow in their relationship with Christ and with each other.
Social Media Team
Our team serves by providing social media interactions, encouragement, promotion, and information to the community through Facebook and Instagram.
SPECIAL EVENTS TEAM
Our team serves in providing special decorations and/or organizes food for special events and programs at the church, such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, conferences, and Fourth of July.
Ushers Team
Our team of men serves by assisting anyone with finding a seat and by helping take up the offering during worship.
Worship/Praise Team
Our team serves by facilitating the worship experience on Sunday morning by participating musically on the Praise Team.
Youth Group/Teenagers Team
Our team serves by leading and engaging our teenagers in relational and engaging discipleship.
